Fala Lamo is a North Maluku civil society organization that builds place-based visions with communities while offering mentorship to strengthen local food systems and ridge-to-reef governance.

Community First

Our approach is built on strong partnerships with customary or local communities, and in close collaboration with village and regional governments. We draw on everybody’s respective expertise, knowledge and resources to orchestrate synergistic plans that unlock rural village potentials.

We believe in people-led and participatory approaches, always focusing on the strengths and aspirations of each village landscape we work in.
